Shipping

Shipping   All orders are processed within 48 hours of order confirmation. Deliveries usually arrive within 7-10 business days after the order is placed depending on location. If for some reason we foresee any problems or the possibility of the delivery time being delayed we will notify you immediately. 

As soon as your order is processed and shipping arranged, you will receive an email from us. The email will include your tracking information, contact information for the carrier and what to complete when the order arrives.  (Please see below for curbside delivery information)

All orders under approx. 150 lbs will be shipped standard with UPS, FedEx or the USPS, depending on the location and the exact specifications of the items ordered.

Curbside Delivery - All large items (Vanities, Some Sinks, Cabinets, etc.) will be curbside delivery. A representative of the Carrier will contact you with the delivery date and an expected time. Please make sure someone is available to accept the delivery and inspect it for acceptance.

 

In-Home Delivery In home delivery is available at an extra charge if desired. Costs vary but details and quotes can be obtained if needed, just contact one of our customer care team members. In-home will be to the first indoor room or garage of the house. The item will not be taken up flights of stairs or un-packaged and assembled.  

Expedited Shipping - Expedited shipping is available on most in stock items also if needed. Contact us for quotes. 

 

INSPECTION UPON RECEIPT- Immediately upon receiving your order, please inspect it completely BEFORE signing the receipt. If for some reason the deliver driver refuses to wait for inspection, NOTE this on the delivery receipt! 

  • Items inside the shipping packaging can hide or conceal damage on the inside!

  • Please un-package your shipment and inspect completely to your satisfaction. Even if the item will not be used for sometime due to construction or project timelines, inspect it UPON ARRIVAL PLEASE.  

  •  Take pictures of all damages and make notes of exact damage on the shipping documents. Pictures can be forwarded to our Customer Service Team so that we can obtain the necessary refunds and/or replacements.

  • Be aware that damages resulting during transit are handled with the freight company directly. When the items are picked up they are accepted and inspected by the freight company. They are therefore certifying that the items are in good condition with no damage. All claims for damages resulting during shipping must be filed directly with the freight agency.


    Damages and Replacements- Notification must be made within 24 hours to our Customer Service Team of any damages that have been found on items after delivery.  Please be aware that a refund or exchange can only be completed after the return of the item In The Original Manufacturers Packaging.  So please be sure and retain all original packaging until you have thoroughly inspected your item(s). 

    We make every effort to make sure that the items you order from us are delivered to you in a timely manned in excellent condition. But unfortunately, accidents outside of our control sometimes do happen. When these situations arise we want to make any exchange or refund as painless as possible for our customers.
