We offer a 14 day return policy. If for some reason you get your item and it does not match, wasn't what you expected, or you just didn't get what you were after, we do offer returns.
Please contact our Customer Service dept. at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-866-584-2661 to file a return claim as soon as possible so we can make sure all procedures and requirements are met.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the original packaging has been discarded, we cannot except the return.
Shipping of Returns - Please be aware that outbound and return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. This will include items that were originally shipped under a "Free Shipping" promotion or offer.
Returns Receiving - As stated above, all returns must be returned in the original packaging. Items must also not have been assembled or modified in anyway. It MUST be in the original packaging and show no signs of use.
The item(s) must arrive back to the fulfillment center undamaged and unaltered or additional fees and charges will be deducted from the refunded fees.
Unless refund is an error on our part, there are no refunds or credits on shipping and handling charges.
Clearance items or any custom orders will not be available for returns.
Once the item has been received in original packaging, unaltered and unmodified, your return will be processed.
